About Big NGO
Big NGO's sales team works with NGO founders, trustees, and executive directors who are evaluating whether to move their operations onto the platform. You are not selling software — you are helping them understand what is possible when their digital infrastructure works.
What you will do
- Identify and qualify NGOs who would benefit from the Big NGO platform
- Conduct product demos and consultative discovery calls with NGO leadership
- Build relationships with NGO networks, associations, and federations
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closed deal
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in the CRM
What you need
- 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience
- Strong consultative selling approach — not transactional
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Self-motivated — this is a fully remote role requiring strong daily discipline
- Genuine respect for the NGO sector and the people who work in it
Nice to have
- Prior sales experience in SaaS, EdTech, or social enterprise
- Existing network in the Indian NGO ecosystem
- Knowledge of NGO registration and compliance processes
