Why is there a setup fee?
We configure your entire platform — website, payment gateways, domain, member types, 80G receipt templates, HR settings, everything. Our team spends 6–8 hours getting your account production-ready. The Rs. 18,000 setup fee covers that professional service. After that, the monthly fee simply keeps your platform running, updated, and supported.
When does the Rs. 1,500/month fee start?
The first six months are covered by your setup fee. From Month 7 onwards, you pay Rs. 1,500 per month. This gives you a full half-year to see results, build your donor base, and understand the platform before the ongoing cost begins.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
The monthly subscription has no lock-in after Month 7. You can stop any time. The setup fee is non-refundable because the configuration work is done from day one — that is real professional work delivered to you.
Do you charge per user or per transaction?
No. Unlimited admin users. No transaction fees from our side — your payment gateway charges their standard rate (typically 2% Razorpay / 1.75% Cashfree), which goes directly to them. Big NGO does not take any cut of your donations.
What does the Enterprise plan include?
Enterprise is for NGOs with multiple branches, FCRA foreign donation tracking, large beneficiary programs, or complex HR structures. Pricing is custom. Call us and we will tell you exactly what is included for your specific requirements.
Can I migrate from our existing website?
Yes. We will migrate your existing content, configure your domain, and set up all redirects so your search rankings are preserved. Migration is included in the setup process.
