About Big NGO
Big NGO is India's leading digital platform for NGOs — website builder, donation management, HR, payroll, 80G automation, FCRA tracking, and AI tools, all in one. We are a small, fast-moving team based in Noida building for 13,000+ registered NGOs across India.
What you will do
- Design, build and maintain features across the full stack (Next.js frontend, Node.js/Express backend)
- Work on the multi-tenant NGO website builder — the core product used daily by hundreds of NGOs
- Build and optimise API endpoints for donation flows, member management, and HR modules
- Improve platform performance, security, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code
What you need
- 2+ years of production experience with React or Next.js
- Strong Node.js and REST API development skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL or any relational database
- Solid understanding of authentication, authorisation, and web security
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows
- Strong written communication in English and Hindi
Nice to have
- Experience with Prisma ORM
- Prior experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
- Knowledge of Indian payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree)
- Interest in the NGO/social sector
