Full Stack Developer

Build the platform that powers 13,000+ NGOs across India. Full stack role with Next.js, Node.js, and Prisma on a product that genuinely matters.

About Big NGO

Big NGO is India's leading digital platform for NGOs — website builder, donation management, HR, payroll, 80G automation, FCRA tracking, and AI tools, all in one. We are a small, fast-moving team based in Noida building for 13,000+ registered NGOs across India.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain features across the full stack (Next.js frontend, Node.js/Express backend)
• Work on the multi-tenant NGO website builder — the core product used daily by hundreds of NGOs
• Build and optimise API endpoints for donation flows, member management, and HR modules
• Improve platform performance, security, and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
• Write clean, well-tested TypeScript code

What you need

• 2+ years of production experience with React or Next.js
• Strong Node.js and REST API development skills
• Experience with PostgreSQL or any relational database
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorisation, and web security
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and deployment workflows
• Strong written communication in English and Hindi

Nice to have

• Experience with Prisma ORM
• Prior experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures
• Knowledge of Indian payment gateways (Razorpay, Cashfree)
• Interest in the NGO/social sector
